  I find your clerks arrogant and rude during my recent visit shopping for a new lap top. On my first visit I informed the clerk on his request what I was looking for and in the course of our conversation I was asked if I ever used a computer. All this I suppose because my mouth wasn"t going a mile a minute on my vast knowledge of this years models. After researching a new lap top ( on my home computer) and selecting a brand and model off to Best Buy ?????? I go. The next cleck had no backroud to discuss the product. I informed her I had a price match for her to check. She consulted a clerk who informed me that they would not honor the Amozon price because it was sold thru a third party. The clerk with a smug look and tone gave me the Walmart story. Who cares? I was then asked in a condescending tone and look if I understood. I left the store on that note ordered the lap top from Amozon from the parking lot of Best Buy????? And saved $80. So the result no sale for Best Buy????? Now or ever. You know on the next holiday the marketing geniuses at Best Buy???? , will have a big sale and my price will be matched. TOO LATE and two stars is more than your do. The new lap top arived two days later and is great. BEST BUY?????? You have lost a family of customers.
