There were so many negative experiences with this place it was ridiculous. We had 8 men, including the groom, who got tuxes. First we were literally laughed at by one of the salesmen when I asked about the promotion I had been sent and if it would apply. He scoffed that our tuxes were under $100 so no they wouldn't be cheaper than that. It turned out he was wrong and it did apply. To shorten this, here's the final result; only the groom and one groomsman's tux was correct. All the others had the wrong vest. Everyone but the groom ordered shoes, however, the groom was the only one who had shoes on his order somehow. Most of the men were overcharged etc. etc. Bottom line - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Wow, this place is terrible. After leaving them my contact information as requested so they could let me know when my rental came in, I received no call or email. Lovely. I had to call them to find out that it was there. Thanks for letting that wait until the last minute. Then, after having to drive all the way to Wilkes-Barre to get fitted, the shirt doesn't fit. Instead, it's freaking huge! I asked them if they have another plain white dress shirt in a smaller size, and all I get in response is "nothing we can do." Understandable. It's not like you rent clothing for important events like weddings. Now, I'll get to work on stuffing all this extra material into some creative places to hide it all. I guess my $200 was used to super size my shirt instead of getting me one that wouldn't be able to second as a sail for a small boat. Sweet. A minor complaint (because why not add a little more to this fun excursion?) is that the dressing rooms don't have mirrors in them. That was interesting trying to put on all of that gear without being able to see any of it. Then, I was invited to wait in line to use the one mirror outside. Cool design guys. I would avoid this place, especially if it's for something important. Honestly, I just purchased a very nice wool suit from another place in the same city (with a dress shirt and tie) for about $300. That was after they fully tailored all of it for me. For the extra $100, it's nicer, I get to keep it, and (possibly most importantly) it fits.
